Objective 2 Funded Projects:

Redundant Building Grants

Objective 2 has provided funding towards a new Redundant Buildings Grants Scheme available through Devon Renaissance (www.ruraldevon.org), which aims to create the conditions in which rural businesses can grow by addressing a key barrier to development - the availability of affordable high quality workspace. The Devon Renaissance Redundant Building Grant Scheme will help bring redundant buildings back into productive use to address local demand for workspace and to create and safeguard jobs in rural communities.
